Perfect’s Contract Management module provides users the ability to create and manage contracts. Create contracts from a clause library or automatically generate contracts from the bid award. Eliminate manual errors. Reduce the lag time it takes for contracts to be visible to requestors in the system.

TRACK SPEND AGAINST CONTRACTS

While accounting is only impacted when requests are approved, all orders are automatically decremented against each contract. Establish hold-back percentages, payment terms, delivery terms and add additional notes. Track order history, cumulative expended value, percentage remaining value and contract expiration at any level of the organization.

PUBLIC CONTRACT BOARD

Support for both public and private contracts. Easy to search and locate contracts. At your discretion, provide public visibility to contracts. Deliver a higher degree of public transparency.

ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS

Establish notifications based on contract total value, effective date, expiration date and insurance/certification expiration. Via the Custom Notification Library, setup one-time or recurring events such as onsite visits, milestone tracking, or any other appropriate action.
