PERFECT COMMERCE AND PANTELLOS COMPLETE MERGER
Creates Number One On-Demand SRM Provider

Perfect Commerce now serves more than 500 clients, including 51 Fortune 500 customers and over 190 Fortune 1000 customers, and expects combined revenues of over $30 million in 2004 and $40 million in 2005.
