Perfect Commerce Expands Executive Management Team
with Industry Veterans to Support Growth & Value Delivery

Perfect Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of On-Demand Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions and The Open Supplier NetworkSM (The OSNSM), announced the expansion of the company's executive management team with the appointments of Daniel Rawlings and Sam Kaddah.
As Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, Rawlings will be responsible for all revenue generation and marketing functions, including direct and indirect sales, marketing, business development and alliances for the company. Rawlings provides strong leadership for Perfect Commerce's sales and marketing programs and brings a successful track record of over 20 years of sales and marketing management experience including Ariba, Peoplesoft, Lawson Software and Oracle. Most recently, Rawlings successfully architected the sales and field marketing transformation at KhiMetrics resulting in revenue growth of 300% and attainment of a market-leading position in less than two years. Prior to that Rawlings served as president and CEO of Sourcinglink, Inc., where he managed all aspects of this publicly-held, global strategic sourcing and SRM company.
As Vice President of Systems Architecture and IT Engineering, Kaddah is responsible for building the company's strategy for IT architecture supporting the seamless interface of Perfect Commerce's suite of products and technology platforms. Kaddah will lead the IT engineering and development group and is responsible for product development activities across the entire solution set. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Kaddah directed eBusiness productivity for the Global Signaling division of GE Transportation Systems. Kaddah's extensive experience in Information Technology and solutions development includes management positions with Ernst & Young, Statt Corporation and Raytheon.
