Perfect Commerce Moving Headquarters to Downtown Kansas City, Missouri
Technology Company Leases Space in Historic Fidelity Bank Building

Kansas City, Mo. June 13, 2005
Perfect Commerce, Inc., the largest provider of On-Demand Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions and The Open Supplier NetworkSM (The OSNSM), announced the company is moving its corporate headquarters to downtown Kansas City, Missouri in the historic Fidelity Bank Building now known as 909 Walnut. The move, expected to take place in September 2005, will be a homecoming for the company since 909 Walnut is just a few steps from the company's first location where Perfect Commerce was originally formed as eScout in 1999.

Perfect Commerce signed a 5-year lease with Simbol Commercial to occupy 19,000 square feet of the mixed-use building. The real estate development company has a proven track record of transforming historic buildings into economically viable properties that maintain their architectural integrity. 909 Walnut, with its 1930's art deco design, is undergoing a meticulous $64 million renovation.

Glen Solomon, principal, Simbol Commercial, noted, "We are very pleased that Perfect Commerce will be our anchor tenant at 909 Walnut. As the largest privately funded historic renovation project in Kansas City, the property will provide a unique work environment for the company's employees."

Tim Schaffer, executive vice president, Cohen Esrey Real Estate Services, finalized the deal which includes the use of corporate apartments on the residential floors of Kansas City's tallest residential building and options for additional office space.

Kansas City, Missouri Mayor Kay Barnes said, "Perfect Commerce is playing an important role in turning the vision of a vibrant and prosperous downtown into a reality. They are exactly the type of company we want to attract to the urban core. I welcome their return and commitment to downtown Kansas City."

"While we have enjoyed our Lee's Summit location, we are thrilled to be moving back to such an exciting area. Downtown played an important part in our company's history and we are pleased to participate in its revitalization," said Sandy Kemper, chairman and CEO of Perfect Commerce. "The building restoration is stunning; we will be proud to showcase downtown Kansas City to our visiting clients and to have a location that will be very convenient for our Kansas City-based clients including DST, UMB Financial Corporation and H&R Block."
