John Jung Joins Firm As Chief Operating Officer

Perfect Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of world-class Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions, today announced that John Jung will join the company as Chief Operating Officer. Jung brings an extensive background in the strategy, structure and performance of commercial and technology operations of companies offering procurement, sourcing and settlement solutions and services.

Previously, Jung was Chief Operating Officer and Board Director of Achilles Group Limited, an international firm offering supplier management services for over 14 years. Jung assisted Achilles in transforming customer, product and technology management operations to improve performance and growth position. Prior to Achilles, Jung was Executive Vice President of Operations for Pantellos Group, a vertical-sponsored e-marketplace launched by 21 of the 25 largest utilities in North America. There, Jung helped Pantellos become the first e-marketplace to reach sustained profitability and positive cash flow.

Jung also served as managing director of the e-marketplace consulting practice of Commerce One and brings strategy and transformation consulting experience from A.T. Kearney and Braxton Associates. Jung holds a Master's of Business Administration with the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor's in Economics and Science.

Jung replaces James McCormick who was instrumental in the success of Perfect Commerce prior to its merger with eScout.

Jung will be based out of the Kansas City area headquarters and will direct internal operations for Perfect Commerce including Sales, Account Management, Technology Development and Operations, Service Fulfillment and Customer Support.
