Perfect Commerce™ has Record 4th Quarter
Adds 12 New Clients - Expands and Extends Relationship with an Additional 49 Clients

Perfect Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of world-class Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions, finished 2003 with a record-breaking 4th quarter. Fueled by new account growth, the Kansas City-based company added 12 new clients, expanded its relationship with 23 existing customers and renewed contracts with 26 of its current clients. In 2003 Perfect Commerce increased their client base to 120 Global 2000 clients and saw total transactions grow 359%, resulting in $3.6 billion of transaction value - a 1080% increase.

The strong quarter came in part from the adoption of the centerpiece of the Perfect Commerce solution suite, The Open Supplier NetworkSM (OSN). With 8,000 suppliers, 160,000 users and over 21 million SKUs of content, companies continue to increase their use of the network to realize even greater efficiencies in their procurement process."

New clients range from one of the country's most prominent financial institutions, two new customers in the insurance industry, two Fortune 500 agriculture-sector businesses, two Fortune 500 transportation services companies, two technology consulting firms, to a financial services company, a workplace uniform supplier and a national consumer-brand bakery.

Renewals and Extensions Contribute To Company's Strong Growth
The 49 clients renewing or extending their relationship with Perfect Commerce cover a wide range of industries. The Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies operate in the financial services, insurance, banking, pharmaceutical, entertainment, technology services, manufacturing, chemical, mining, energy, health care, baking/food production and automotive industries.

Among the companies extending their relationship with Perfect Commerce is Unisys, a worldwide information technology services and solutions company. Leveraging the e-sourcing capabilities of the Perfect Commerce Solutions Suite, Unisys Global Procurement has deployed Event Manager in the United States, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe. A specialist in automotive air conditioning and cooling systems, the Behr Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of OEM for passenger and commercial vehicles. The Perfect Commerce program was kicked-off at the Dayton, OH facility with plans underway to expand to five additional US locations by year end.
