Michael is responsible globally for all human resources and legal issues, and has been a leader within Perfect Commerce in global acquisitions of operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Ireland, Germany, New Zealand, and the Philippines. Michael advises on matters of strategic importance and is a leader in matters related to international corporate governance, contracting and supply chain, compliance, market and product strategy, operational efficiencies, intellectual property and licensing, and technology and information management.
Michael has worked for the Chairman of the United States House Committee on Rules, the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia (Civil Division), the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission, and the Honorable U.S. District Court Judge James C. Turk. During Michael’s professional career, he has represented various clients, including but not limited to divisions of the U.S. government, a major U.S. city, a major U.S. county, a national healthcare provider, multiple business associations, an insurance company, a logistics company, and a major credit card network.
Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from James Madison University. Michael is licensed to actively practice law under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
