Alexander "Sandy" Kemper, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding Perfect Commerce, Sandy Kemper spent more than 10 years at UMB Bank where he most recently served as Chairman and CEO, as well as President and CEO of UMB Financial Corporation, an $8 billion bank holding company. In addition to his responsibilities at Perfect Commerce, Kemper serves as the immediate past Chairman and current Treasurer of the Open Network for Commerce Exchange (ONCE), which was formerly known as the Global Trading Web Association. Additionally, Kemper serves on the following corporate boards: Commerce Net, The Veterans Corporation, Pioneer Service Company, Kemper Realty Company, Stagecoach Incorporated, UMB Financial Corporation and UMB Bank of Kansas City. Kemper is active in academic, civic and philanthropic endeavors, serving on several boards including the International Informatics Society, and Students in Free Enterprise. Kemper is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Agriculture Future of America. Kemper is a graduate of Northwestern University in Chicago where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in American history.
James Hagemeier, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
As the company's financial and operations leader, James Hagemeier is responsible for managing Perfect Commerce's financial and provides oversight for all technical functions. Previously at Pantellos, he was instrumental in establishing the corporate accounting, treasury, tax and financial planning functions. Key priorities have included defining the financial reporting framework, developing financial processes and procedures to support commercial activities, establishing financial performance metrics and implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning system. Hagemeier has more than 10 years of experience in various treasury, accounting and management roles. Before joining Perfect Commerce, he was responsible for financial reporting and forecasting the financial impact of acquisitions at Metals USA. Hagemeier also served as corporate controller for Synagro Technologies, Inc. Hagemeier, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.
Dan Rawlings, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales
As Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, Rawlings is responsible for all revenue generation and professional services functions for the company. Rawlings provides strong leadership for Perfect Commerce's sales and marketing programs and brings a successful track record of over 20 years of sales and marketing management experience with Ariba, Peoplesoft, Lawson Software and Oracle. Most recently, Rawlings successfully architected the sales and field marketing transformation at KhiMetrics resulting in revenue growth of 300% and attainment of a market-leading position in less than two years. Prior to that Rawlings served as president and CEO of Sourcinglink, Inc., where he managed all aspects of this publicly-held, global strategic sourcing and SRM company.
Edward Foster, Executive Vice President, General Counsel
Ed Foster is responsible for all legal matters for the company. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Foster was an attorney with Polsinelli, Shalton, Welte, Suelthaus of Kansas City, where he was a member of the firm's business department for seven years. He specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general business law. Foster received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Tufts University, as well as Juris Doctor and Master's of Business Administration degrees from Washington University.
Bob Lutz, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Bob Lutz is the company's senior technologist with responsibility for all technical development and customer support functions. His inter-disciplinary team drives future technical advancements as well as continuous improvement of current technologies. Lutz comes to Perfect Commerce with more than 20 years of software, technology, e-commerce and energy industry experience in addition to Six Sigma and leadership expertise. Over his career, Lutz has held leadership positions in product management, sales and product development related functions for General Electric, Keane, Utility Partners, TECO Energy and Software AG. Lutz completed his MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees at the University of South Florida and Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
Tom Ponich, Vice President, US Sales
As Vice President of North American Sales for Perfect Commerce, Ponich is responsible for directing all sales generation to both prospective and existing clients in North America. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Tom partnered with Dan Rawlings, at both Khimetrics and Sourcinglink where they successfully implemented the sales methodology and practices being used to drive Perfect's North American and International sales teams. Ponich has successful 18-year history of providing strong sales leadership through roles with Telephony@Work, GERS Retail Systems, PowerGuard, and Motorola. Ponich holds a B.S. in Communications/Journalism from Utah State.
Matthew Worth, Vice President, Professional Services
Matthew Worth oversees Perfect Commerce consulting services related to technology deployment and strategic sourcing. During his time with the company, he has served as a Supplier Development Manager, Supply Chain Consultant and Director of Supply Chain Services. Worth's industry experience includes ten years as a management consultant to the energy and automotive sectors with Andersen Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce he worked with General Motors in developing and implementing their supply chain e-commerce strategy. Worth received his MBA from Rice University and his BA from Cornell University.
David Rowe, Vice President, Product Management and Marketing
David Rowe, with over 17 years of enterprise software experience, is responsible for all marketing and product strategy functions at Perfect Commerce. As vice-president of Marketing, he oversees all aspects of product management, product marketing, demand generation and corporate marketing. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Rowe's work experience includes a distinguished career with industry leaders across enterprise software, venture funded early-stage software and consulting companies through senior management roles at Peoplesoft and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Rowe holds a B.S. in engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
Krista Sickles, Vice President and Controller
Krista Sickles is Perfect Commerce's Vice President and Controller with full responsibility for the management of our accounting and financial systems and processes. She joined the company in 2001. Ms. Sickles's career began with Arthur Andersen in the Enterprise Audit Group. In addition to Andersen, she has held senior financial management roles with BMC Software and Splitrock Services, Inc. Sickles is a CPA with a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration from and graduate degrees from Baylor University.
Dan Block, Vice President, Organizational Resources
Dan Block is responsible for all Human Resources, facilities and organizational matters for the company. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, he held senior Human Resources positions with Microsoft, Gateway Computers and Sprint. Block brings 20 years of Human Resources experience in domestic and international environments with specialties in joint ventures, acquisitions, compensation, talent management, leadership development and organizational change efforts. Block earned bachelors and graduate degrees from Syracuse University and Webster University with additional research studies at Cornell University.
