As the president and chief executive officer, Hamp Wall brings more than 20 years of business development, sales and corporate management experience to Perfect Commerce. Prior to Perfect Commerce, Hamp was president of CorMine, a leading procurement services company which merged with Perfect Commerce in July 2007. He also was a divisional president for industrial giant Ferguson Enterprises. Hamp is a graduate of Wake Forest University.
Tripp Shannon, Chief Financial OfficerAs the chief operating officer, Tripp Shannon has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as a senior vice president with Wachovia Bank. Tripp is a 1986 graduate of Colgate University and received a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002.
Del Putnam, Chief Technology OfficerAs the chief technology officer, Del Putnam brings with him a strong background in software and hardware design, development and project management to Perfect Commerce. Del has managed development teams in both start-up technology companies as well as mature corporations such as RSA Security, Inc., where his line of business was responsible for $150 million in annual revenue. He is also a recognized expert in the fields of Cryptography, Identity Management and Smart Card Technology. Previously, Del developed hardware and software for the Department of Energy, High Energy Physics Lab. He has also played a key role in the start-up of two software companies. Del holds a degree in Computer Science from Christopher Newport University.
Vernon Warner, Senior Vice President, Procurement Services OperationsWith a background in electro-mechanical engineering, Vern Warner has more than 16 years of experience in project management including a long tenure with Siemens VDO, where he lead a team of 50 engineering and technology associates involved in new product research and on-going continuous improvement initiatives. Vern holds 13 current and 3 pending U.S patents for technologies that range from electronic signal control, and test and measurement technologies, to spray development for fuel injection systems.
Elmer Letts, Vice President, Professional ServicesAs vice president of professional services for Perfect Commerce, Elmer Letts brings an extensive background in both Procurement and Manufacturing. His 30 years experience includes being Director of Corporate Sourcing and Vice President of Eastman Kodak, Leader of the Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence for IBM’s Procurement Consulting practice, as well as being responsible for manufacturing operations in the US, Mexico, and China. Elmer is a graduate of Purdue University.
Martial Gerardin, Managing Director, EuropeAs managing Director for the European Market with Perfect Commerce, Martial Gerardin brings more than twenty years of professional services experience in IT and Business Consulting activities, as well as in the specific area of the B to B exchanges. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Gerardin served as CEO in Answork from 2000 to 2004, and was responsible for Business Development in Industry markets from 1990 to 2000 in SOPRA, a leading IT consulting firm, in the French Market. He started his career being IT Officer in several Industry companies such as Pampryl and Salomon. Martial Gerardin holds a degree of Ecole Centrale de Lille, and a Licence of Economics Science
Scott Satchell, Regional Sales Manager, Northern United StatesAs Regional Sales Manager of the Northern United States, Scott is responsible for managing all sales activities with both new prospects and existing customers in the northern half of the United States. Scott has been with Perfect Commerce for ten years, working in a variety of roles, including business development, strategic sourcing and consulting services. He is an honors graduate from James Madison University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
Cheryl Ralston, Regional Sales Manager, Southern United StatesAs Regional Sales Manager of the Southern United States, Cheryl is responsible for directing all sales activities in the southern half of the United States. She has more than ten years experience in enterprise software sales, including a successful tenure in the IT Asset Management space, before moving into spend management. Cheryl has been with Perfect Commerce for five years, helping companies in every market vertical leverage our Software-as-a-Service solutions to solve challenging business issues. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Nazareth College.
