David G. Brown, Managing Partner, Oak Hill Venture Partners
Mr. Brown leads Oak Hill's venture capital activities, including investments in 30 companies since 1998. Prior to Oak Hill, Mr. Brown worked at Salomon Brothers where he was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department. Mr. Brown serves on the boards of directors of eGain Communications, MarketTools, Perfect Commerce, ProQuest and WideOpenWest. Mr. Brown holds a B.A. degree from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.


Yogen Dalal, Managing Partner, Mayfield Fund
Yogen Dalal's successful entrepreneurial and operating experience coupled with leading-edge engineering expertise makes him enormously valuable as a venture capitalist. His focus at Mayfield concerns early-stage enterprise software and infrastructure investments in the IT arena. He currently serves as Director on the following boards: BeVocal; Revenue Science, Inc.; Perfect; Narus; Nuasis; Packet Design; PacketHop; PostX; and Scalix. Prior to joining Mayfield, Dalal was a founding member of two successful startups, Claris Corporation and Metaphor Computer Systems. He was also a member of the original Star and Ethernet development teams at Xerox and a co-developer of the TCP/IP protocols while at Stanford University. Dalal also serves on the board of TheatreWorks, a nationally acclaimed professional theater that explores both the unique heritages and shared experiences of the culturally diverse Northern California community. Dalal holds a PhD. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford and a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.



Daniel De Wolf, Managing Director, Dawntreader Ventures
Daniel I. De Wolf is a founding member and Managing Director of Dawntreader Ventures, which was established in 1998. Mr. De Wolf is also an Adjunct Professor at the New York University Law School, where he teaches venture capital law. From 1999 until 2003, Mr. De Wolf was Head of Venture Capital Funds at Wit Capital and SoundView Technology Group (now Schwab SoundView Capital Markets). Prior to joining Dawntreader, Mr. De Wolf was a Partner and Of Counsel to the law firm of Cahmy, Karlinsky & Stein LLP ("CKS") in New York City. Mr. De Wolf established the Corporate and Securities Practice Group at CKS in 1994 and was the head of the firm's New Media and E-Law Group. Mr. De Wolf has over 20 years of corporate transactional experience and has been an advisor to many early and developmental stage companies. Mr. De Wolf is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania as well as the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. Mr. De Wolf currently serves as a Director of Conversagent, HNW, iParty (AMEX: IPT), Perfect Commerce, Tutor.com, and Visible World.


Rex Golding, Managing Director, Mobius Venture Capital
D. Rex Golding joined Mobius with fifteen years of experience in bringing technology companies to the public market, five of those years with start-ups and ten years as an investment banker. Prior to joining Mobius Venture Capital, he was co-head of the Global Technology Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. Under Golding's tenure, Morgan Stanley achieved top league table rankings for financing and M&A transactions during his last three years. In addition to his group management responsibilities, Golding personally headed Morgan Stanley's banking effort for Internet companies, with clients that included Netscape, amazon.com, @Home, Healtheon, broadcast.com (Yahoo!), Verisign, Excite, and Microsoft. Before Morgan Stanley, Golding had been a co-founder and chief financial officer of the 3DO Company. He was previously an investment banker for technology companies at Salomon Brothers, Shearson Lehman Hutton, and Volpe Brown Whelan. Golding holds an A.B. cum laude in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. with distinction from the Harvard Business School.


William Hasler, Dean Emeritus of Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, Co-CEO of Aphton Corporation
Hasler is Vice Chairman of Aphton Corporation, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing targeted immunotherapy for cancer and other diseases.


Alexander "Sandy" Kemper, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Perfect Commerce, Inc.
Prior to founding Perfect Commerce, Sandy Kemper spent more than 10 years at UMB Bank where he most recently served as Chairman and CEO, as well as President and CEO of UMB Financial Corporation, an $8 billion bank holding company. In addition to his responsibilities at Perfect Commerce, Kemper serves as the immediate past Chairman and current Treasurer of the Open Network for Commerce Exchange (ONCE), which was formerly known as the Global Trading Web Association. Additionally, Kemper serves on the following corporate boards: Commerce Net, The Veterans Corporation, Pioneer Service Company, Kemper Realty Company, Stagecoach Incorporated, UMB Financial Corporation and UMB Bank of Kansas City. Kemper is active in academic, civic and philanthropic endeavors, serving on several boards including the International Informatics Society, and Students in Free Enterprise. Kemper is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Agriculture Future of America. Kemper is a graduate of Northwestern University in Chicago where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in American history.


Robert Murray, Chairman of the Board, former Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New Jersey's Public Service Enterprise Group
Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) is a publicly traded (NYSE:PEG), growing energy and energy services company headquartered in New Jersey. Murray previously served as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc.


Brad F.Tobin, Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, FirstEnergy Service Company
FirstEnergy Corp. is a diversified energy company headquartered in Akron, Ohio. Its seven electric utility operating companies comprise the nation's fifth largest investor-owned electric system, serving 4.4 million customers within 36,100 square miles of Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Tobin also serves on the Advisory Board for The University of Akron's School of Business Administration.
