PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Hampton Wall brings more than 20 years of business development, sales, and corporate management experience to his role as president and chief executive officer of Perfect Commerce. Previously, Hampton was president of CorMine, a leading procurement services company that acquired Perfect Commerce in 2007. He was also a divisional president for industrial giant Ferguson Enterprises.
Hampton is a graduate of Wake Forest University.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Prior to joining CorMine, a leading procurement services company that acquired Perfect Commerce in 2007, Tripp Shannon had 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as a senior vice president for Wachovia Bank. Tripp became the chief financial officer of Perfect Commerce when the company was acquired by CorMine. He was promoted to chief operating officer in 2010.
Tripp is a graduate of Colgate University and received a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002.
MANAGING DIRECTOR, EUROPE
As managing director of the European market for Perfect Commerce, Martial Gerardin brings more than 20 years of professional services experience in IT and business consulting, as well as in the specific area of B2B exchanges.
Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Martial served as CEO of Answork. In addition, he was responsible for business development in industry markets at SOPRA, a major IT consulting firm in the French market.
Martial holds a degree of Ecole Centrale de Lille, and a Licence of Economics Science.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PROCUREMENT SERVICES OPERATIONS
With a background in electromechanical engineering, Vernon Warner has more than 16 years of experience in project management, including a long tenure with Siemens VDO. There he led a team of 50 engineering and technology associates involved in new-product research and ongoing continuous-improvement initiatives.
Vernon holds 13 current and three pending U.S. patents, including technologies for electronic signal control, test and measurement technologies, and spray development for fuel injection systems.
VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING
Jason Vincelette leads the product management and marketing teams at Perfect Commerce. With more than 10 years of software industry experience, Jason has developed a strong background and areas of expertise in project and product management, quality control, and software engineering.
Certified in Pragmatic Marketing, Jason holds a master’s degree in Management/e-Commerce from Cambridge College, and an undergraduate degree in Management of Information Systems.
VICE PRESIDENT, CUSTOMER CARE
Michael Ereli joined Perfect Commerce through the acquisition of Supply Chain Connect (SCC), where he served as president and CEO. Michael played a critical role in launching SCC and developing the eCommerce platforms that supported the business.
Michael draws on his experience of more than 25 years in technology and supply chain management consulting. Previously, he served as the information technology director for Koch Energy, and as a principal in the energy practice of CSC Consulting.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University.
VICE PRESIDENT, TECHNOLOGY
With over 14 years of experience in the software development industry, David Bates has held many technical management and leadership roles ranging from Director of Software Engineering to Product Manager. David utilizes his background in development, quality assurance, project and product management to drive and deliver quality products and solutions to market.
David graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and minors in Mathematics and Spanish. He is also Pragmatic Marketing certified.
VICE PRESIDENT, ACCOUNTING
Nikki Lowe is a certified public accountant with a diverse background that includes audit, forecasting and analysis, M&A, and finance team management. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Nikki was the senior director of finance and controller for the direct-to-consumer, multichannel Spiegel, Newport News and Shape Fx women’s apparel brands. She also gained valuable operational and forecasting experience as part of the acquisitions team at Ferguson Enterprises.
Nikki received her bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
Michael Bermudez is responsible for all legal issues arising in the course of business operations at Perfect Commerce. Previously, Michael was an associate in a law firm in the Washington, D.C., metro area. Before graduating from law school, he worked for a national lobbyist, a U.S. Congressman, a U.S. District Court judge, a research institute, and a U.S. federal agency.
Michael is an undergraduate alumnus of James Madison University, and received a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School.
Board of Directors
Mark Dreyfus is president of ECPI College of Technology, which has 14 campuses in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. An active member of the community, Mark currently serves as vice chairman of the Virginia Workforce Council and as a board member of both the Virginia Career Education Foundation and the Career College Association. He was a former president of the Virginia Career College Association and served on the American Council on Education’s Commission for Adult Learning and Education Credentials.
Jerrold Miller is a 1977 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Ocean Engineering. In 1985, after serving for seven years in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, Jerrold became the second full-time employee of Earl Industries. After buying Earl Industries in 1989, he served as president and chief executive officer until late 2012, when he sold the company to General Dynamics.
